Do you have something wrong with your computer, and you're not sure what it is? Just let us know by using our contact form and we'll run a full diagnostic exam. This can even be done online through our remote service, so we save you the trouble of having to unplug your machine and bring it in to the shop.

Often, computer issues can be solved via our remote service, but it may be necessary to physically inspect the computer in the event of a hardware malfunction.

The diagnostic exam will cover all software issues, so you can rest assured we won't charge you extra to find out what the problem is! All charges are discussed upfront before services are rendered.
